SECTOR 01

The store opens
at nine either way.

Point of sale, self-service, store networks and estate-wide rollouts for retailers who cannot lose a trading day to a technology project.

OVERVIEW

Retail is where
we learned all of this.

Spencer grew up in retail, and the service model still shows it: work at night, finish before opening, never leave a lane down, and assume the person you are handing over to has a queue forming behind them.

That applies to the estate as much as the individual store. A chain refresh is hundreds of near-identical jobs against a calendar with no slack in it, and the discipline that makes it work - one build, one checklist, one owner - is the same discipline we now bring to every other sector on this site.

What retailers
ask us for.

Point of sale

Tills, printers, scanners, payment terminals and cash handling, installed, swapped and supported across the estate.

Self-service and kiosk

Self-checkout, order points and click-and-collect hardware, including the mounting and cabling nobody scopes properly.

Store networks and Wi-Fi

Cabling, switching, Wi-Fi and resilient connectivity that carries payments, colleague devices and customer traffic without arguing.

Loss prevention and CCTV

Camera, EAS and security system installation, and the maintenance visits that keep them evidential rather than decorative.

New store openings

Every piece of technology live for a launch date that was set before the building was ready.

Estate refresh

Rolling replacement across hundreds of sites, sequenced so the busiest stores are touched at the quietest times.

IN PRACTICE

Why retailers
keep us.

Because trade never stopped.

Discuss your requirements
  • Overnight and pre-opening installation as the default
  • One build document across the whole estate
  • Payment and network work co-ordinated, not sequential
  • Spares held within reach of the stores
  • A desk that covers the hours the estate trades
  • Asset records that survive the rollout
