SERVICE 03

Installed overnight.
Trading in the morning.

Consistent, well-managed installation and migration for rollouts, refurbishments and new site openings, at whatever hour the site can spare.

  • Rollouts
  • New site openings
  • Migrations
  • Refurbishments

OVERVIEW

The same install,
four hundred times.

A rollout is not one difficult job. It is one job done consistently across a lot of sites, most of which are trading, some of which are not where the plan says they are, and all of which have a manager whose day you are about to interrupt.

Consistency is the product. Every engineer works to the same build document, tests to the same checklist and hands over the same way, so site four hundred is configured like site one and the support desk inherits an estate it recognises.

What our teams
do on site.

Installation

Mounting, cabling, containment, power and commissioning for point of sale, network, AV, security and edge equipment.

Migration and cutover

Moving a live site from the old system to the new one inside the window it can afford, with a tested way back if it goes wrong.

New site openings

Technology delivered to an opening date that will not move, co-ordinated with the shopfitters, the landlord and everybody else on site that week.

Network and cabling

Structured cabling, Wi-Fi installation and survey validation, so coverage is measured on handover rather than assumed.

Test and handover

A fixed acceptance checklist per site, evidenced, and a site that is signed off working rather than signed off installed.

Floor-walking and training

Time with the people who now have to use it, on the morning it goes live, which is when the questions actually arrive.

IN PRACTICE

How a rollout
stays predictable.

By deciding the boring things centrally, once.

Discuss your requirements
  • One build document every engineer works to
  • Out-of-hours and overnight working as standard
  • A tested rollback for every cutover
  • Photographic evidence and a signed checklist per site
  • Asset records updated as sites complete
  • A daily view of which sites are done and which slipped

HOW IT RUNS

A site, from
arrival to sign-off.

  1. 01
    Arrive prepared

The kit for this site is already on site or travelling with the engineer, and the build document is site-specific.

  2. 02
    Install

Fit, cable and commission, working to the plan agreed with the site manager for access and noise.

  3. 03
    Test

Work the acceptance checklist - every device, every path, every peripheral - and fix what fails before leaving.

  4. 04
    Hand over

Evidence uploaded, assets recorded, the site shown how to use it, and support told the site is live.
