OVERVIEW

Two networks,
one building.

Hospitality sites run two technology estates on top of each other. One belongs to the business - tills, kitchen screens, back office, payments - and has to be locked down. One belongs to the guest, is expected to be effortless, and is judged in the review before anybody mentions the food.

Keeping them properly separated on shared cabling, in a building that was often not designed for either, is most of the work. The rest is doing it around service, because a restaurant cannot close for a network upgrade and a hotel cannot ask a floor of guests to wait.

What we look after
in hospitality.

Guest and back-of-house Wi-Fi

Segregated networks with coverage surveyed room by room, not assumed from a floor plan.

EPOS and payments

Fixed and handheld ordering, pay-at-table and integrated payment hardware across the estate.

Kitchen and order management

Kitchen display screens, order routing and the printers that still refuse to die, installed and supported.

Audio visual

Screens, signage, sound and meeting-room technology for public areas, function rooms and conference space.

Out-of-service working

Installations planned around covers and occupancy, which usually means overnight and always means quietly.

Support that matches the trading day

A desk that is open when the site is open, including the Friday night when the card machines stop.

IN PRACTICE

What that
protects.

The service, and the review that follows it.

Discuss your requirements
  • Guest traffic that cannot reach the payment network
  • Coverage measured on handover, room by room
  • Ordering that keeps working when the internet does not
  • One supplier for network, AV and EPOS hardware
  • Support hours that match service hours
  • Multi-site consistency across a franchised estate
